Dear Customer,
We want to make sure you are aware of our cancellation policies and general conditions for the Adventure with Fondue excursion at El Refugio that you have booked with us.
Paying the deposit guarantees your place on the excursion and allows us to begin the necessary logistical preparations for its execution.
General Cancellations:
By making the reservation and paying the deposit, you accept the cancellation conditions and understand that the deposit is non-refundable.
The “Snow Insurance” is a guarantee that protects the customer’s investment. If the snowmobile activity cannot take place due to lack of snow (a technical decision by the company) or cancellation by the customer for personal reasons, the amount paid in dollars will not be refunded, but will be credited to their account.
To use this benefit, the customer must notify their decision to opt for the credit instead of taking the tour in an alternative vehicle (if available) at least 72 hours in advance.
This notification must be made exclusively by email to reservas@elrefugioarelauquen.com.ar, indicating the customer’s full name and reservation number. Notifications via social media or instant messaging will not be accepted for this purpose.
The credit can be used during the 2026 and 2027 winter seasons.
The amount will be considered a payment on account. If there is a fare difference at the time of the new booking, the customer must pay the remaining balance at the rate in effect on the day of the trip.
Use of this benefit is subject to availability.
The credit is transferable to another person. For a third party to use it, the original booking holder must send an email authorizing the transfer and including the following information for the new beneficiary:
