Cancellation policy and booking conditions for the “Fondue Adventure at El Refugio” that you booked with us.
Dear Customer,
We would like to ensure you are aware of our cancellation policies and general conditions for the Fondue Adventure at El Refugio tour you have booked with us.
As soon as we receive confirmation of your booking and the 25% deposit payment, the contract will be considered finalized and the conditions detailed in this document will apply.
General Cancellations:
Our priority is to provide a safe adventure experience.
The passenger is responsible for:
By placing the reservation and making the deposit payment, you accept the cancellation conditions and understand that the deposit is non-refundable.
The “Snow Insurance” is a guarantee that protects the client’s investment. If the snowmobile activity cannot be conducted due to lack of snow (technical decision of the company) or due to cancellation by the client for personal reasons, the amount paid in dollars will not be refunded, but will remain as a credit in favor of the client.
To make use of this benefit, the client must notify their decision to opt for the credit (instead of taking the tour in an alternative vehicle, if available) at least 72 hours in advance.
Such notification must be made exclusively by email to reservas@elrefugioarelauquen.com.ar, stating full name and reservation number. Notices via social media or messaging applications will not be accepted for this purpose.
The credit is transferable to another person. For a third party to use the credit, the original reservation holder must send an email authorizing the transfer and including the following details of the new beneficiary:
If the client fails to show up on the scheduled day and time without having provided email notification 72 hours in advance as mentioned in Clause 2, the credit will be considered expired, without the right to rescheduling or future use.
